1. Pensacola Pledge Scholars Program from the Studers. Apply early! Priority consideration is given to students who have been admitted for the fall semester by March 1 and who have submitted a completed Pensacola State College scholarship application by April 1. Click here for details!
 
2. The Gwen Appelquist Difference Maker Award. If you are making a difference in your community through a service organization, church, or just simply helping out around your neighborhood, the Studer Foundation wants to hear about it! This scholarship award is for $1,000, and can be spent however the student sees fit. The winner need not be going to college. Please fill out the application and return to Studer Charitable Giving, PO Box 2096, Pensacola FL 32513. Deadline is March 30, 2019.
 
3. The Southern Scholarship Foundation, which is not a cash-based scholarship but provides rent-free housing for students with financial need, good character, and strong academic merit - Deadline is April 1, 2019 - https://www.southernscholarship.org/
 
4. Florida State Society Daughters of the American Revolution Trade Scholarship. This opportunity is for females seeking a non-traditional career (See attached document for more information and application). Deadline to apply is April 1, 2019. Click here for application and more information.
 
5. NAACP 2019 Scholarship Application for high school seniors and residents of Escambia Count. Deadline to apply is June 1, 2019. Click here for the application packet.
